**Job Title:** Training Facilitator Expert

As a skilled and experienced facilitator, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions to delegates.

**About the Role:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Training Facilitator. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing engaging training programs that cater to the needs of our delegates.

**Key Responsibilities:**

Assist with registration process and documentation;
Ensure that all necessary materials, equipment, and stationery are available and in good working order before each training session;
Create a positive learning environment that encourages delegate engagement and motivation;
Facilitate programs according to established best practices and self-prepared lesson plans;
Evaluate and provide feedback on training needs assessments;
Review and report course evaluations.

**Requirements:**

You must have a valid Assessor certification and experience in working at heights;
A strong ability to work independently and as part of a team;
An excellent level of communication and organizational skills;
Fluency in English and isiZulu languages;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

**Interview Process:**

A panel interview will be conducted to assess your suitability for the role.

**Reporting:**

You will be reporting directly to the Business Unit Leader.

**Starting Date:**

The ideal candidate should be available to start as soon as possible.
