TAH Rosmead is in search of a friendly and professional Telephonist to be the first point of contact to provide excellent Customer Service to both clients and internal staff.


If you are excited by the prospect of making a difference by giving great customer service to support the efficient running of the TAH Rosmead practice and TAH as a whole, then this job is for you.

WORK ENVIRONMENT _

  • Overtime/ travel/ weekend work/ team environment_


  • Monday

  • Friday 11:00 19:00
  • 1 in 4 Sat & Sun either 07:30 15:00 / 10:30 18:00 / 16:0023:00 and 2 public holidays as required by the roster.

WHAT IS EXPECTED FROM THIS JOB? _

  • Job deliverables and main duties_
  • Calls answered and directed courteously and efficiently.
  • Interactions are friendly and professional according to reception standards.
  • Clients are informed of any relevant promotions & complaints dealt with efficiently.
  • New client details added accurately on the EzyVet System.
  • Consultations and theatre procedures booked accurately.
  • Filing kept updated.
  • Incoming stock received.
  • Operational problems reported to the Practice Manager.

TO BE A GOOD FIT FOR THIS JOB YOU NEED_

Required Education, Certifications, and Work Experience:_

  • 23 years' experience in a clientfacing/customer service/ switchboard role.
  • Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license with no endorsements.
  • Bilingual in English & Afrikaans.
  • Computer Literate in MS Office.
  • Product Knowledge.
  • Ezyvet System.
