Description
The Sales Department at the CPT Branch has a vacancy for a Sales Administrator based at the

  • Administration
  • Ensure all filing is accurately filed and up to date
  • Target Market Administrator
  • Ensuring that the correct Business Units / Target Markets are invoiced and informing you line manager of any occurrences where this is not the case

Sales

  • Processing orders timeously
  • Capturing invoices onto Axapta with accuracy
  • Controlling of cash sales

Stock Control

  • Reduction of credits and communication with the Branch Manager regarding stock shortages
- and deliveries

  • Ensure proper communication of the above is sent to all staff involved in the process.
  • Coordinate stock movement and stock levels (rotation of old stock)
  • Assist with all stock take procedures and counts

General

  • Undertakes such additional duties which may from time to time be assigned to the Employee in the discharge of his / her duties.
  • Ensure that company property is used properly and maintained at a high level at all times
  • To ensure that a correct and proper image of the Company, is maintained at all times.

Required Education and Experience

  • Matric or NQF 4 qualification
  • Must have 34 years' experience in sales administrative function
  • Logistics qualification will be an advantage

Job Type:
Temporary

Contract length: 6 months


Salary:
R7, R8,000.00 per month
