    About the Role

    We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Advisor to join our team at Capita. As a Customer Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and experience to our clients, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide excellent customer service and support to clients via various communication channels.
    • Identify and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
    • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
    • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers.
    • Meet and exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators.
