    Financial Manager Job Description

    The purpose of this role is to oversee financial and operational management, ensuring efficient processes and improved revenue. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial accounting, IFRS, and commercial management, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in FMCG or manufacturing environments.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Financial Management: Develop and implement financial strategies to enhance efficiency, improve revenue, and manage operational costs.
    • Operational Management: Oversee daily business activities, monitor financial systems, and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
    • Leadership: Manage a team of subordinates, providing motivational and leadership skills to drive business growth.
    • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare financial reports, conduct risk analysis, and provide management with actionable insights to inform business decisions.
    • Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize financial and operational processes.

    Requirements:

    • B Com Financial Qualification or Commercial/Business Management degree
    • Completed Articles with financial accounting skills and understanding of IFRS
    • Minimum 5 years' experience in FMCG or manufacturing environments
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Proficient in Excel and advance
