Description

A Front Desk Associate is responsible for overseeing accuracy of room blocks, reservations, and group market codes. They communicate company values and/or culture to new employees, review and implement new Reservations procedures, and process all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations received by phone, fax, or mail. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of related work experience and 1 year of supervisory experience. They must be able to identify guest reservation needs, determine appropriate room type, and verify availability of room type and rate.
