    Description

    We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Store Operator to oversee the day-to-day operations and sales performance of our store.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Customer Service & Sales
    • Operations & Inventory Management
    • Team Leadership & Administration

    Requirements:

    • An entrepreneurial mindset and innovative thinking, with the ability to identify opportunities for growth.
    • Responsibility and accountability for achieving both operational and sales objectives.
    • At least 2 years of management experience within the retail environment (preferably within the group).
    • Proficiency in SAP software and familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Word.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
    • Deadline and results-driven, able to meet performance goals within set timelines.
    • Fluent in English and Afrikaans with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proven success in sales with a passion for driving results.
    • Ability to work independently and under pressure, maintaining focus in a fast-paced environment.
    • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
    • Mati or equivalent qualification.

    Estimated Salary:

    $60,000 - $80,000 per annum

    Job Description:

    The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the store, including customer service, sales, operations, and inventory management. They will also be responsible for leading and developing a team of sales staff, providing coaching and guidance to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge required to meet their targets.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of sales achievement, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and under pressure. They will also have a passion for driving results and a willingness to go above and beyond to meet the needs of customers.
