    About the Role:

    We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join our team in a banking project. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in applying and integrating generative AI models into products and services.

    The successful candidate will leverage their expertise in machine learning to enhance the efficiency of Data Scientists and Decision Scientists. They will be responsible for positioning and enhancing user experiences through AI, ensuring the company remains competitive in a rapidly evolving landscape.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Leverage machine learning models from conception to deployment.
    • Guide and lead technical teams to uphold ML standards and practices.
    • Manage big data processing frameworks and operate within cloud environments.
    • Deploy and fine-tune generative AI models.
    • Integrate AI models into applications and services using prompt engineering and model optimization techniques.

    Requirements:

    • 6+ years of experience in a Machine Learning engineering role.
    • Experience with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.
    • Hands-on experience integrating AI Models into applications and services.
    • Proficiency in Python and SQL.
    • PySpark and Big data frameworks (Hadoop/Kafka) experience.
    • Github or Git experience.

    Ideal Candidate:

    • AWS experience.
    • Prompt Engineering and model optimisation skills.
