    Requirements

    • National Diploma or higher
    • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
    • Innovative and detail-oriented
    • System driver and computer literate
    • Effective time management and task prioritization
    • Strong communication and organizational skills
    • Ability to meet deadlines and manage processes
    • Strong analytical mindset

    Responsibilities

    Fresh Fruit Supply and Demand

    • Review supply and demand forecast integrity and reliability
    • Construct 4-week demand and supply forecast for stakeholders
    • Create detailed plan for following week's pack execution
    • Distribute packing instructions to packhouses
    • Keep stakeholders updated on packing progress daily

    Logistics

    • Create logistics plan to firm cold room capacity and vessel bookings
    • Review and update logistics plan daily
    • Liaise with logistics team for vessel stack dates and communicate with packhouse managers

    Planned vs Actuals

    • Monitor order packing progress x3 daily
    • Track and review customer programme fulfilment daily

    Integrated Business Planning - Local Supply

    • Create YTD and ROY supply forecast report for Management

    Material Planning

    • Define carton stock requirement per week per packhouse

    Continuous Improvement

    • Contribute to identifying opportunities for improvement within planning and cross-functional departments

    Other Tasks

    • Create material code in SAP
    • Visit packhouses/farms weekly to build relationships and assist with implementing processes
