REQUIREMENTS
- Matric, relevant qualification advantageous
- Minimum 5 years experience in similar role
- Bilingual in both Afrikaans and English
- Computer literate and experience working on an accounting package
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and highly organised
- Drivers licence and own vehicle a must
DUTIES
- Manage the Debtors and Creditors functions
- Bank Reconciliation
- Petty Cash management
- Time keeping of employees
- Issuing of orders
- Registration & Licensing of all vehicles
- Management of traffic fines
- Office Management
- Order supplies, arrange medicals etc.
- Manage filing of all relevant documents
- Keep employee and vehicle office files updated
- General administration duties
