    Job Description

    We are seeking an experienced sales professional with a strong network of Vascular Surgeons and public sector Cardiologists. A deep understanding of our product portfolio is essential, particularly in the areas of stents and guidewires.

    This role reports to the Sales Manager.

    Duties & Responsibilities:

    1. Market & Product Knowledge:
      • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market drivers, competition, and market positioning.
      • Understand and address customer requirements.
      • Collaborate with marketing to implement effective product and technical support.
    2. Sales Targets:
      • Manage all sales activities for assigned product group/territory.
      • Set targets and price levels in conjunction with the Sales Manager and track results.
      • Analyze problems related to the product group/territory and propose corrective actions to achieve objectives.
      • Contribute to gross profit and sales development for assigned product group/territory.
      • Market mapping: identify trends and conditions to inform product manager and sales manager strategy.
    3. Marketing & Sales Strategy:
      • Implement defined strategies and develop tactics to improve sales and profitability.
      • Pursue new sales methods and possibilities.
      • Establish and improve sales channels for assigned product group.
      • Manage Key Opinion Leaders by building and maintaining excellent relationships.
      • Maintain relationships with external parties, authorities, and organizations.
    4. Industry Events:
      • Represent the company at local conferences, congresses, trade shows, and other industry events.
    5. Customer Training:
      • Develop and deliver training programs for external and internal customers (in collaboration with the Product Manager).
    6. Quality Assurance:
      • Handle complaints and maintain high-quality standards.
    7. General:
      • Submit monthly detailed reports for seamless communication and information exchange.
      • Act as the company's representative towards third parties.
      • Assume additional responsibilities and authorities as required for new opportunities.

    Requirements

    Skills & Experience:

    • Master's or Bachelor's degree
    • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant working experience in similar function
    • Practical knowledge of sales techniques
    • Previous experience in sales roles related to Vascular Surgeons and Interventional Radiologists/Cardiologists/ Cardiovascular products is highly desirable
    • Familiarity with the local market is an asset
    • Flexible team player with ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and maintain confidentiality
    • Positive attitude, proactive approach, excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
