    Description

    Finance Business Partner (Development)

    Skillsmap seeks a Finance Business Partner (Development) to perform the following responsibilities:

    1. Financial Planning and Analysis: Collaborate with departments to develop and consolidate budgets and forecasts.
    2. Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations.
    3. Develop and maintain advanced financial models to assist in decision-making processes.
    4. Strategic Partnership: Act as a financial advisor to business units, providing insights to support operational decisions.
    5. Partner with project teams to evaluate financial risks and returns on investments.
    6. Contribute to the development of long-term strategic plans and business cases.
    7. Reporting and Compliance: Prepare and present detailed financial reports to senior management, including variance analysis.
    8. Ensure adherence to financial regulations and organizational policies.
    9. Support internal and external audits by providing accurate documentation and insights.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting.
    • 5+ years' experience in financial planning and analysis.
    • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
    • Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
    • Resilient personality.
