Description

Job Duties/Responsibilities will include:

Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements

Provide leadership, development and coaching to the Sales, Business Development, Compliance teams to facilitate attainment of Corporation targets and to retain talent.

Manage, develop and monitor performance of direct reports

Dealing with disciplinary actions

Develop, implement and execute strategic plans for sales and operations, balancing Sales and Supply Outputs

Lead Regional Sales and Business Development teams in both Retail and Commercial legal entities to drive sustained revenue growth.

Develop and leverage on collaborative relationships with retailers, service providers and the company

Provide input into various forums with key stakeholders

Finance, Business Consultants, Maintenance, CAPEX, Marketing consultant, Dealers, Suppliers, Management and Board of Directors

Report on a weekly, monthly and annual basis on KPI achievement vs Targets to management team, board of directors and the company

Assist, advise and overview preparation and submission of annual budget and business plan

Establish organisational structures; implement, review and improve policies and procedures

Assist with preparation and analysis of feasibility studies for capital investment opportunities

Assist with preparation and implementation of marketing plan

Review draft legal documentation and agreements

Assist with preparation of monthly newsletters

Release electronic payments

Overview co-ordination of retailer training via Cluster Managers and New Business and Commercial Development team.

Degree in Accounting/ Business management from accredited institution

Project and Financial Management experience

Exposure to the Fuel industry preferably in both a Retail and Commercial role

Knowledge of financial procedures and policies

Supply chain management skills

Advanced negotiation skills

Precise and Systematic
