    Job Description:

    A Junior Business Analyst (Specialist) is sought by a multinational automotive firm to analyze business processes and related data points. The successful candidate will interpret requirements, develop analytical models, and produce reports across various platforms.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Analyze business processes and translate requirements into actionable plans
    • Develop analytical models and produce reports across various platforms
    • Lead projects independently, handling communication, documentation, testing, and training
    • Presents model outputs and insights to senior executives at different forums
    • Maintain and distribute reports regularly, monitoring business intelligence data

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor of Science in Information Systems
    • Minimum 3 years experience as a business analyst
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in project management environments
    • Advanced proficiency in Excel (including VBA coding) and junior-level SQL skills
    • Knowledge of SQL and PowerBI to support reporting and workflows
    • Knowledge of agile methodologies
