Our client in the Manufacturing Industry, based in Johannesburg, is currently looking to employ an experienced Workshop Manager.

Requirements:
-
Minimum 3 years' experience** in a technical / workshop role.

Minimum 2 years supervisory** experience.
- Proven technical knowledge.
Matric qualification
essential.

Technical trade qualification will be
advantageous.

Technical Knowledge of AC
- Product and AC systems, Customer base knowledge.
- Technical knowledge, including
mechanical and electrical. - Business acumen.
Responsibilities, but not limited to:
- Administration duties.
- Oversee and assist building, assemblies and repairs.
- Drive and deliver on relevant OKR's.
- Take responsibility for warranty claim assessments, verdicts and reports.
- Technical assistance.
- Manager and monitor workshop team.
- Training and assessments.
