    Junior Quantity Surveyor Role

    We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Junior Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Career Lab PTY LTD.

    About the Role

    This is an exciting opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to contribute to innovative projects and grow their career in the construction industry.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Assist in measuring and estimating the cost of construction projects;
    • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project timelines and budgets are met;
    • Conduct site visits to monitor progress and identify potential issues;
    • Analyze data and provide insights to inform decision-making;
    • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree (BSc) or National Diploma (BTech or NDip) in Quantity Surveying or a related field;
    • Minimum of 1 year of experience in Quantity Surveying in a construction environment;
    • Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools;
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
