Gundo Evolution is a Sales and Distribution company with a core offering of Plumbing Material Supply /Sanitary fittings into Construction projects for both public and private sectors.
We offer and represent renowned and iconic plumbing brands such as Lixil Africa (Cobra, Grohe, Vaal): Ariston (Heat tech Geysers) Kwikot, Franke to name the few.

What are we looking for
We are looking for a vibrant Outbound Sales Representative to join our team who possess an entrepreneurial mindset of run it like your own business.
Must be a hunter with proven record of winning sales deals and building new customer base and relation diverse people skills.
Definitions of the position
An outbound sales representative focuses on securing sales by reaching out to clients through calls, correspondence, or face-to-face interactions. They primarily offer products and services, assisting customers every step of the way to ensure client satisfaction.
To carry out their duties, they must perform research and analysis to identify business opportunities, develop sales strategies, generate leads, discuss product specifications with customers, introduce payment plans, and negotiate contracts.
Moreover, an outbound sales representative must build positive relationships with clients while adhering to the company's policies and regulations.Job Requirements and Experience
- Qualification
- Matric
- ND/Degree will be an advantage Diploma
- Valid driver's license with own car
- Experience with Cobra, Grohe, Vaal Sanitaryware and Apex Valves will be an advantage.
- Ideally having dealt with Plumbers, Developers, and Project professionals
- Proven sales track record success is a must
- Outbound sales
- Positive attitude, professional and dedicated
- Must have valid sales techniques and skills
- Hit the ground running with ability in sales as a hunter.
Responsibilities
- Hunting and opening new qualified leads (Active Pipeline Management)
- Meet sales and gross profit targets.
- Monthly / weekly sales report with market and business intelligence
Salary:
R15 000,00 - R18 000,00 per month
