Our client within the manufacturing industry is in the market for a credit Controller.


Skills:


  • This Minimum of 35 years experience in aspects of a very busy credit control function preferably in a Manufacturing Company.
  • Strong computer skills preferably Microsoft packages and more specifically Excel and Outlook
  • Excellent Excel skills, familiarity with accounting packages, and report creation on systems like Syspro
  • Primary qualification in accounting A diploma or Degree would be ideal.

Job description:


  • Report monthly to Management on account status and overdue debt analysis
  • Report monthly to Management on account status and overdue debt analysis
  • Daily processing of the cash book receipts and final completion of the cash book receipt processing in time to send out customer statements.
  • Effectively dealing with customer account queries
  • Generate financial statements and reports (AR Age Analysis) detailing accounts receivable status
  • Verify discrepancies by and resolve clients' billing issues
  • Prepare bills, invoices and statements.
