    Job Title: Business Development Manager

    The Business Development Manager would be expected to achieve profit budgets set annually with the MD's approval.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Achieve profit budgets
    • Seek and identify market opportunities
    • Negotiate trades using negotiation and sales skills
    • Build and maintain high-level client service
    • Comply with market regulations
    • Work within logistical and financial controls

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Knowledge of exports and logistics
    • Proven sales negotiation and closing experience
    • FMCG product knowledge

    Required Skills:

    • Mathematical understanding and number literacy
    • INCO terms knowledge (buying and selling)
    • Creative thinking and initiative
    • Maturity in handling diverse customers
    • Big picture understanding with attention to details
