Our client who specializes in creating innovative financial products and solutions, is looking for a Growth Manager with a certification, diploma, or degree in Sales, Marketing or a related field to join their team in Kenilworth.

REQUIREMENTS:


  • Certification, diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing or a related field
  • 3 years of experience in sales and digital marketing
  • Social media platforms and MS package knowledge
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques
  • Proven track record in sales and achieving targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills

DUTIES:


  • Client Acquisition: Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of the company's products and services to effectively communicate benefits and features to potential clients
  • Market Analysis: Monitor the industry trends, competitor products and market conditions to identify sales opportunities and threats
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any concerns or feedback
  • Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets set by the company
  • Sales Presentations: Conduct presentations and demos of products and services to potential clients
  • Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from clients and prospects to inform product development and service improvements
  • Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve company targets
  • Strategy Development: Create and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue

SEM:
Optimize website and online content for search engines to increase organic traffic. Manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns to maximize ROI

  • Social Media Management: Oversee the company's social media profiles, ensuring consistent branding and engagement. Create and schedule posts, respond to comments and analyze performance metrics
  • Analytics & Reporting: Use tools like Google Analytics to track website traffic, user behavior and conversion rates. Provide regular reports on digital marketing performance and insights for improvement
  • Market Research: Stay updated with the latest trends, competitor strategies, and emerging digital marketing technologies
  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales and product dev, to ensure marketing strategies align with company objectives and product launches
  • Ad Campaign Management: Design, test, and manage online advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn
  • Brand Management: Ensure that all digital content aligns with the company's brand identity and messaging
  • Prepare and present regular sales and marketing reports to senior management
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels
  • Collaborate with other departments to align sales and marketing strategies with company objectives
