    Job Overview:



    The Installation Coordinator - Project Management Specialist will be responsible for coordinating and managing various installation projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion within budget.



    Key Responsibilities:




    • Assist in compiling quotes for installations, including tenders, projects, small installations, system modifications, and upgrades.

    • Email quotes to clients and submit tender documentation.

    • Follow up on the approval of quotes.

    • Obtain quotes from suppliers.

    • Contact clients and consultants to set up introduction/sales appointments for the sales team.

    • Load leads on the eWorks system.

    • Load new projects and jobs on the eWorks system.

    • Inform Admin of any new clients that need to be loaded on our systems.

    • Schedule all installations efficiently and cost-effectively.

    • Inform clients of work to be done, delays experienced, or issues on site.

    • Order required equipment for installations and plan availability to installation timelines.

    • Arrange for the collection of equipment and delivery to sites if necessary.

    • Get feedback from installers daily on progress and amend installation schedules accordingly.

    • Keep installations within quoted budgets and timelines.

    • Arrange for commissioning of systems after installation completion.

    • Inform the service department about new services or additional time required due to modifications.

    • Prepare various documents upon installation completion, including job cards, installation checklists, panel downloads, and certificates.

    • Draft deposit invoices and final invoices, issuing them to the accounts department with supporting documentation.

    • Be the primary point of contact for installations between clients, technicians, technical supervisors, support, and company management.

    • All communication related to installations will be conducted via the installation coordinator.



    Other Responsibilities:




    • Reception duties.

    • Administrative functions.

    • Additional tasks as required by the company.



    Requirements:



    This role requires excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this position.



    We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
