    Junior Mechatronics Engineer


    Our company is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Mechatronics Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical, electrical, and industrial automation, as well as experience with control systems design and development.


    Responsibilities:


    • Assist in the design and development of control systems, focusing on automation, motion control, and integration with mechanical systems.
    • Interpret and create detailed electrical drawings, including schematics and wiring diagrams, to support control systems and machine integration.
    • Responsible for the physical installation of electrical wiring and ensure all connections are accurate and meet safety standards for control systems.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in electrical and control systems, ensuring accuracy and reliability of system performance.
    • Participate in the programming and configuration of machine control systems, including PLCs, servo drives, and automation controllers, ensuring they meet project specifications.
    • Manage small-scale projects independently, from concept to completion, handling planning, execution, and testing phases to deliver successful outcomes.
    • Perform technical calculations and simulations to support project requirements.
    • Assist and coordinating resources such as equipment, tools and materials for projects.
    • Collaborate with engineers on the design and installation of motion control systems, working with servo motors and mechanical components, while contributing to larger-scale projects.

    Requirements:


    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent qualification (Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial / Automation)
    • Strong technical aptitude with experience in Mechanical, Electrical, and Industrial Automation
    • Proven experience in ISO 9001:2000 compliance

    Competencies:


    • Solid understanding of engineering principles
    • Fundamentals of fault finding and equipment testing
    • Sound knowledge on H&S and safe working procedures
    • Good communication skills
    • Ability to act decisively and urgently
    • Problem solving
