    Cloud Solutions Specialist

    About This Role

    We are seeking a Cloud Solutions Specialist to support and contribute to the design and implementation of cloud solutions across multiple service teams within SBSA.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Proactively engage with internal stakeholders in the delivery of cloud solutions.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement cloud-based solutions that meet business needs.

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications

    Type of Qualification: First Degree
    Field of Study: Information Technology

    Experience Required

    1. Familiarity with systems and configuration management tools (e.g., Chef, Terraform). Experience in Continuous Integration or Continuous Delivery processes in engineering teams, integrating test automation into various points in a deployment pipeline, and prior programming background in at least one or more languages: C, C++, Java, Perl, Python, Go, or scripting experience in Shell and Perl.
    2. Experience gained in using production systems and technologies, for example, load balancing, monitoring, distributed systems, microservices, and configuration management. Designing and executing small-scale systems automation projects with strong autonomy. Familiarity with software engineering best practices such as testing, continuous integration, and continuous delivery. Experience in monitoring and metrics collection tools such as AppDynamics, Prometheus, Nagios, and Graphite.

    Skills and Abilities

    • Strong understanding of cloud computing principles and architectures.
    • Ability to design and implement scalable and secure cloud-based solutions.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
    • Experience with DevOps practices and tools.

    The primary language used in this role is English.
