Treasury Professional) based in Johannesburg, South Africa. Align Service Teams to product and service value-chain processes through development and implementation of functional operational strategies and models, enabling high performance teams and customer satisfaction, reducing quality risks and drive compliance
Your tasks and responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and drive a sales financing program within Siemens Healthineers Middle East, South & Eastern Africa entities to support Healthineers' business growth within the Middle East, South & Eastern Africa.
- Create and arrange standard and tailored customer financing solutions based on specific Healthineers sales models and individual Customer needs / drivers in order to support Healthineers' vision of becoming a trusted partner to our customers.
- Lead negotiations with Banks / external finance providers for sales financing solutions and act as the 'bridge' between Customers, Siemens Healthineers' Business Areas, and Banks/ external finance providers.
- To perform financial risk assessments on sales financing solutions (for both transactional product sales as well as complex asset management solutions) and to provide risk mitigation solutions.
- Regularly and closely collaborate with different internal stakeholders within Headquarter (such as Siemens Healthineers Treasury) and respective Countries (such as Business Area Sales, Finance, and Accounting) to ensure that all sales financing processes are operating effectively and in compliance with both internal and external regulations.
- To provide sales financing training to the Siemens Healthineers community in the respective Countries.
- As needed, support other Treasury functions in activities requiring regional/local expertise (such as Letters of Credit, Letters of Guarantee, etc.).
- Advise operating businesses on compliance with financial guidelines.
- Remediate and escalate noncompliance behaviour with internal guidelines
Your qualifications and experience:
- 3+ years of experience in Healthcare Sales Financing (including program development) in either a MNC or Bank/ external finance provider within the Middle East region.
- Successful completion of Credit Course or equivalent certificate.
- Broad and indepth technical knowledge (including accounting concepts) of different sales financing solutions ranging from sale of receivables to leasing.
- Familiarity with working within an international environment.
- Well organized with strong communication and interpersonal skills in dealing with Customers, Banks, and internal stakeholders and interfaces (including at Senior Management level).
- Proactive, selfdriven and ability to work independently within a dynamic and cross functional environment.
- Fluent in English with strong command of English.

- You must not have restrictions to travel within SADC and abroad.
- You must be a South African National preferably from a previously disadvantaged group.
