The Quality Assurance Controller provides accurate inspection and trouble-shooting of repaired units. This person ensures that all failures are identified before returning the repaired units back to customers. This individual plays a pivotal role in our service centre and attention to detail is imperative.

Requirements:


  • Matric
  • Apple Certified Mac Technician (ACMT) or similar qualification
  • 3 years in similar role
