They have partnered with some of the most innovative global brands, and are building the world's leading AI enabled tour operator platform, which allows travellers to customise their holiday experience and break free of the traditional restrictions of static pre-packaged holidays.
Responsibilities
- Ensure that the facility is fully operational with all utilities functioning properly
- Schedule and supervise maintenance repair work and assist with checking installation and servicing building equipment
- Maintain stock levels and parts within budget
- Ensure compliance with regulations
- Oversee security of buildings and grounds
- Maintain ongoing communication with contractors, clients, and team
To be successful you need:
- Previous Facilities management experiece
- A background in building services and engineering, office management, or administration is preferred
Qualifications
- 35 years of experience in facilities maintenance or equivalent related functions
- Knowledge of relevant regulations
- Knowledge of general maintenance methods, operating requirements, and safety precautions related to facilities management
- Must be a well organized, detail and customer (internal and external) oriented selfstarter
- Srong procurement and negotiation skills
