Description

At Tower Group, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Campaign Operations Manager to join our team in Pinetown.

Main Responsibilities:

Reward Campaign Management

We require the successful candidate to generate templates with national rewards products, redemption values, and barcodes for central office, and co-ordinate the same from regional reward campaign managers (mid-month, month-end, and special campaigns).
The role involves ensuring all products and barcodes are accurately listed on the rewards platform (national, regional, and cross-border).
Loading national and regional rewards campaigns onto company console system is also a key responsibility.
The ideal candidate will copy and publish national / regional reward campaigns to cross-border regions, ensuring proper approvals.
Coordinating sign – offs for both national and regional campaigns is crucial.
Publishing national and regional campaigns, logging updates in relevant platforms is an essential duty.

Campaign Support & Troubleshooting

As a support liaison for the Retail Helpdesk, Rewards Call Centre, and Customer Care teams, the successful candidate will troubleshoot and resolve issues related to national and regional Reward campaigns, coordinating with internal teams and regional contacts.
Ensuring all calls are logged accurately and in full via the support logging software is a key requirement.
Weekly / Monthly reporting on all logged calls is a necessary task.

Training & Debriefing

The ideal candidate will conduct training on the rewards platform for regional teams, assisting with campaign setup.
Debriefing Retail Helpdesk, Rewards Call Centre, and Customer Care teams on upcoming campaigns, promotions, and competitions is also a key responsibility.

Administration

Loading & maintaining national promotional grids on intranet is a key responsibility.
Updating & maintaining all supplier ad spend contracts is a necessary task.
Generating supplier invoices for national rewards campaigns is also a key duty.
