JD Specialized Recruitment is currently assisting a 5* Luxury Private Game Lodge in the Waterberg Mountains, to recruit an energetic
ASSISTANT LODGE MANAGEMENT COUPLE.

Combined Skills Requirements

Previous lodge experience in management roles in a 5star lodge environment is crucial.
One partner must have FGASA 1 and experienced in guiding and game drives.
Experience in administration and/or spa management would be an advantage.
Familiar with all aspects of Lodge management, FOH & BOH, policies, and procedures.
Strong leadership, confident and outstanding communication skills.
Exceptional customer service skills, organizational and time management skills.
Passionate about creating and ensuring an exceptional guest experience.
Ability to run independently and as part of a small and cohesive team.
Well presented & neat personal appearance.
Stable employment history and contactable references.

Start date - ASAP.

Work Cycle - 3 / 1 or 6 / 2 week (open to discussion).

Package k per couple depending on experience.

Meals - Breakfast & Dinner provided when on duty.

Accommodation - 1 bedroom house, regret, no kids or pets.
