    About the Role:

    The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive support in all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, payroll management, training and development, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Recruitment and Selection: Manage the entire recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring that we attract, select, and onboard the best talent in the market.
    • Employee Relations: Foster positive employee relationships by addressing grievances, mediating conflicts, and promoting a culture of open communication and transparency.
    • Benefits Administration: Administer and manage all employee benefits, including medical aid, life insurance, and pension fund contributions.
    • Payroll Management: Oversee the accurate and timely processing of employee salaries, bonuses, and other compensation-related matters.
    • Training and Development: Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, aligned with the company's strategic objectives.
    • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations, including labor laws, tax laws, and equal employment opportunity laws.

    Requirements:

    • Education: Bachelor's degree or diploma in Human Resources or related field.
    • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in HR generalist role or similar position.
    • Skill Set: Proven expertise in HRIS systems, payroll software, and Microsoft Office applications. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
