An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a client services administrator to contribute to the growth of our financial services firm. As part of our professional support team, you will play a crucial role in enabling portfolio managers to maintain outstanding relationships with clients and ensuring that we deliver superior services.

Key Responsibilities

Assist portfolio managers in maintaining excellent relationships with clients
Support the delivery of exceptional client services

Skills & Requirements

We are seeking an individual with:

Essential Skills

At least 2 years' experience in Financial Services, preferably in Wealth Management
Strong administration and interpersonal skills
Able to work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines
Impeccable attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
Able to work individually and as part of a team

Desirable Skills

Awareness of anti-money laundering and know your client/due diligence requirements
