We need someone who worked at a 5-star hotel before
Render valet skills as and when required, packing suitcases, concierge etc.

  • Render personal assistant services as and when required.
  • Render host/hostess services as and when required.
  • Silver Plate service skills
  • Effective purchasing, storage and taking inventories of stock for the entire Showroom.
  • Laying tables, dining diplomats and VIPs, and table services as required.
  • Overseeing of menu designs.
  • Ensuring all food and beverages in the Showroom meets exceptional quality and no inferior quality of food and beverage is to be allowed
  • The Employee is fully responsible for the quality.
  • Assisting with flower and table arrangements where required.
  • Cigar storage, handling and service.
  • Cleaning of silver, glass, and fine artifacts as and when required.
  • Managing the entire Showroom property and ensuring it all operates seamlessly.
  • Assist in the sourcing and interviewing of Showroom employees.
  • Ensure all showroom employees are using clean and correct uniform, they should be presentable at all times and ensure they have the necessary tools to perform their duties.
  • Effectively manage the daytoday tasks and operations of the Showroom.
  • Ensuring the Showroom is always in pristine condition.
  • Managing Showroom bills and administrative duties where required.
  • Running errands where required.
  • Ensure that Security is onsite and performing their duties accurately and timeously.
  • Supervision of all employees at Showroom, including household staff, barber, kitchen staff, butlers, hostesses, fleet, IT, and maintenance, such as housekeepers, private chefs, nannies, maintenance teams, securities, receptionists etc.
  • Ensuring that all staff at Showroom are doing what they are responsible for doing and continuously monitoring their work and ensuring everything is in order at all times.
  • Ensure the Showroom is always well maintained and take proactive steps (inspecting) to ensure so, should the contrary be found.
  • Ensure that the Maintenance team continuously inspects the property and resolves all issues immediately.
  • Ensure that IT provides comprehensive support to the Showroom
  • Ensure that IT has all systems up and running in working order at all times.
  • Become Au Fait with all IT Systems and ensure that your can operate it at all times, with ease.
  • Recon expenditure of the Showroom.
  • Grocery shopping.
  • Planning, organizing, and coordinating events on a 5star service level.
  • Compile and maintain a standard operating procedure user manual for the Showroom.
  • Submit daily and weekly progress reports to your supervisors.
  • Communicate regularly on WhatsApp property groups.
  • Assist with Property inspections for various other properties owned by the Group and provide accurate guidance and consistently track progress and report accordingly.
