    Job Title: Business Analyst

    Location: Randburg, South Africa

    Contract: Permanent

    Remuneration: Market Related

    About the Role:


    Mintek is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for creating detailed business analysis and outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions for the business.

    Main Responsibilities:


    1. Business Relationship Management: Act as the liaison between business users, developers, and project managers. Liaise with the business regarding requirements for new or improved functionality.
    2. Business / Systems Analysis: Perform requirement analysis and support initiatives and projects. Analyze integration of systems requirements and document procedures, processes, and system solutions.
    3. Operational Support: Design and coordinate ICT and business testing. Plan and coordinate the implementation phase and support end-user adoption of systems and processes.

    Key Performance Indicators:


    • Effective communication with cross-functional team members and management.
    • Ability to analyze complex business problems and develop effective solutions.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

    Requirements:


    • Honours degree in Business Analysis, Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Mathematics, Informatics, or equivalent.
    • 4-6 years of relevant experience in a related business support role or business analysis role.
