Managed People Solutions is looking to hire a
National Field Sales Manager for a very well-known
Liquor company managing a wine & spirits portfolio of brands.

The role is
based in
Johannesburg, Gauteng

Key Responsibilities

  • Management of the field sales force nationally (including tele sales).
  • Effectively drive performance management principles set by the business.
  • Management of and achieving set sales targets for the channel.
  • Set strategy in the interest of driving sales performance.
  • Effectively guide and lead Regional Sales Managers.
  • Execute set sales strategy, driving effective gains across portfolio.
  • Develop and nurture key group / key account relationships applicable to the channel.
  • Contribute positively to the development of company culture with emphasis on leadership.
  • Manage utilization and effective use of field sales tool rep force.
  • Manage applicable set policies & procedures relevant to the channel.
  • Manage accurate and effective reporting standards on the business applicable to the channel.
  • Ensure effective resourcing for field sales roles nationally
  • Develop and nurture strong working relationships within group companies.

Experience and Qualifications

  • Grade 1
  • Degree relating to Sales and Marketing / Management.
