    We are seeking a dynamic Finance Manager to join our organization and contribute to the growth of our finance department. This role offers an exceptional opportunity for a motivated individual to make a significant impact on our company's financial trajectory.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive financial policies, procedures, and strategies to ensure financial health and compliance.
    2. Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, to drive business growth and optimize financial performance.
    3. Prepare and present detailed financial statements and reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
    4. Manage cash flow, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions efficiently and effectively.
    5. Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, providing actionable insights and recommendations to senior management.
    6. Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
    7. Collaborate with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies to ensure seamless compliance with financial regulations.
    8. Support strategic decision-making processes by delivering timely and accurate financial insights and analysis.
    9. Implement and maintain robust financial systems and controls to safeguard company assets and protect against potential threats.

    Requirements:

    1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA, CA) is highly desirable.
    2. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a finance role, preferably in the retail or timber industry.
    3. Profound knowledge of financial principles, practices, and regulations, with a focus on staying up-to-date with industry developments.
    4. Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, to manage and analyze complex financial data.
    5. Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills to drive informed business decisions.
    6. Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a track record of mentoring and developing high-performing teams.
    7. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with stakeholders.
