- Provide administrative support to executives and team members, ensuring seamless communication and efficient workflow.
- Assist in organizing meetings, travel arrangements, and daily schedules, maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.
- Coordinate office operations, manage office supplies, equipment, and vendors, ensuring a smooth and productive work environment.
- Support the marketing team with content creation, social media management, and email campaigns, leveraging creative and innovative ideas to drive business growth.
- Process reimbursements as requested and approved, maintaining accurate records and adhering to company policies.
- Reconcile credit card & loyalty statements, identifying areas for cost savings and implementing process improvements.
- Liaise with relevant stakeholders to resolve queries and issues, demonstrating exceptional customer service and conflict resolution skills.
- Co-ordinate statutory document submissions and follow-ups, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Engage with Legal and Compliance to ensure service provider contracts and SLAs are up to date and tracked correctly, mitigating risks and ensuring business continuity.
- Allocate and reconcile petty cash as required, maintaining financial accuracy and transparency.
- Relieve switchboard duties when needed, providing flexible support to the team.
- Ensure annual renewals for cell phones, post box, and car licenses are completed on time, streamlining processes and reducing administrative burdens.
- Perform general office ad hoc duties, such as taking minutes, typing, filing, scanning, etc., adapting to changing priorities and demands.
- Maintain company insurance policy, ensuring compliance and minimizing risks.
- Process payments and requisitions through the agreed process as required, maintaining financial integrity and accountability.
- Assist with preparation of marketing materials, presentations, and promotional events, showcasing creativity and innovation.
- Maintain and update client and marketing databases, leveraging data insights to inform business decisions.
- Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Show attention to detail and ability to work independently, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
