Our client in the Healthcare industry is currently looking for a

Clinical Facilitator, in Cape Town.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop the competence of all nursing staff.
  • Identify training needs to guide the development of appropriate clinical training interventions.
  • Promote a culture of continuous professional development.

Requirements:


  • Degree/Diploma in General Nursing with Midwifery.
  • Unit Specific Certificate or Diploma where appropriate (e.g., Emergency Centre/Operating Theatre/Critical Care Unit).
  • 2 years Clinical experience as a Professional Nurse and 2 years as a Workplace Assessor.
  • Facilitation skill.
  • Assessment skills.
  • Infection prevention and control (IPC) principles and protocols.
  • Clinical risk management.
  • Relevant Nursing legislation.
