    Job Title: Senior Test Manager

    Summary: Lead a team of testers, providing guidance, mentoring, and support in the execution of test strategies, plans, and test cases. Allocate testing resources across projects, ensuring adequate coverage for all testing activities and that teams are adequately staffed to meet project deadlines.

    Responsibilities:

    • Facilitate continuous learning and development for testing team members, promoting knowledge-sharing, and ensuring the team remains up-to-date with industry best practices and technologies.
    • Set goals, track performance, and conduct regular reviews for the testing team.
    • Foster a culture of quality, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
    • Develop comprehensive test strategies and plans.
    • Oversee the execution of manual and automated tests across various environments (development, staging, and production) with a focus on functional, integration, system, performance, and regression testing.
    • Implement and manage automated testing processes for ERP and cloud applications, leveraging appropriate tools or automation platforms to improve test coverage and efficiency.
    • Ensure all applications and systems are thoroughly tested in a cloud-based environment, specifically in Azure, to confirm proper scalability, security, performance, and high availability.
    • Manage the integration of various test environments within Azure, including configuring test environments, managing deployments, and running automated test scripts within Azure pipelines.
    • Coordinate security testing efforts in a cloud environment, ensuring that all regulatory, compliance, and security requirements are met for required applications.
    • Be fully engaged in the software development life cycle, embracing waterfall, agile, and hybrid methodologies.

    Requirements:

    • 4-year Degree / NQF level 7

    Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year
