RCL Foods is seeking a dynamic Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition to join our Talent Acquisition team in Westville. The role will report to the Group Talent Acquisition Manager.


Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Lead and own the endtoend recruitment for the respective area of responsibility.
  • Lead and coach direct reports to drive brilliant basics and deliver a hightouch service to the business.
  • Build team capability.
  • Support the HRBP's by managing all Senior Management recruitment (DL & DU).
  • Research, report and advise on effective talent sourcing trends, market insights and competitor analysis and make recommendations based on recruiting data.
  • Responsible for building a rapid pipeline of talent to fill immediate and future vacancies to proactively support RCL FOODS talent needs.
  • Build LinkedIn followers through effective communication and engagement.
  • Provide training and guidance to hiring managers on interview techniques, policies, process, and regulatory issues, whilst building capability.
  • Facilitate ongoing Talent Acquisition training sessions and upskill the wider HR team on maximizing the Recruitment Tools.
  • Leadership of TA Officers: set and measure clear objectives to assist the to team exceed targets.
  • Ability to multitask, work in a fastpaced environment, make quick decisions and work with highly confidential information.
  • Manage & communicate with recruitment agencies currently on PSL, brief them on the positions, act as their point of contact for receiving resumes & feedback.
  • Advertise approved positions via available erecruitment and social media.
  • Arrange interviews with HRBP's and hiring manager accordingly.
  • Help build offer with HRBP and/or hiring manager.
  • Make sure all recruitment procedures are completed in line with company policy.
  • Manage entire feeder scheme recruitment (management trainees, bursars and inservice trainees) from marketing, advertising, career fair exhibitions and the full recruitment cycle.

Minimum Requirements:


  • Relevant Business / Human Resources Qualification
  • At least 3 5 years recruitment experience, with at least 2 years in a team lead or supervisory role
  • Recruitment experience with exposure to recruiting at Management and Executive level for the FMCG industry
  • Super user experience with social media and other tools for recruiting (especially LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram etc.)
  • Training and experience with behavioralbased interviewing
  • Previous experience with erecruitment systems
