    Description

    Business Process Specialist

    We are seeking an experienced Business Process Specialist to join the Centurion team.

    Key Responsibilities

    1. Develop and maintain business processes, ensuring governance and tool ownership
    2. Maintain and refine the business process landscape, focusing on functional networks
    3. Create accurate business process models and documentation
    4. Coordinate and quality assure process modelling with divisional representatives
    5. Drive business process automation through workflow management
    6. Improve workflow management and efficiency
    7. Monitor and enhance business process performance
    8. Establish and measure business process baselines
    9. Foster business engagement regarding functional capabilities
    10. Design and deliver BPM and workflow training
    11. Integrate company policies, procedures, and standards into relevant business processes
    12. Ensure quality management systems, assurance, and certification (ISO)
    13. Manage workflow system requirements, including functional specifications, testing, training, and change management
    14. Oversee enterprise digital profile system requirements, including functional specifications, testing, training, and change management

    Requirements

    1. Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field
    2. 3-5 years of practical experience in industrial engineering or similar business process management disciplines
    3. Advanced expertise in business formal process modelling tools, such as Visio or Aris, and Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN)
    4. Experience with Microsoft Power Apps and Power BI is preferred
    5. Process automation or analysis experience, such as robotic process automation (RPA) or process mining, is preferred
    6. Basic or intermediate SQL experience is preferred

    This position requires a strong understanding of business processes and the ability to drive improvement initiatives.
