    Project Manager

    Job Summary

    We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead our software development projects from inception to completion. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of software development methodologies and project management best practices.

    Duties & Responsibilities

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Project Planning: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with key stakeholders.
    2. Project Execution: Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation plans to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
    3. Project Monitoring and Control: Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure projects are delivered within budgetary constraints.
    4. Team Management: Coordinate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including software developers, quality assurance engineers, designers, and product managers.
    5. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively resolve issues, and escalate when necessary to ensure project success.
    6. Communication: Conduct regular project status meetings, provide project updates, and report on key metrics to stakeholders.
    7. Culture Building: Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
    8. Process Improvement: Ensure adherence to project management best practices, methodologies, and standards.

    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
    2. Experience: Proven experience (min 3 years) as a Software Development Project Manager, or similar role, managing complex software development projects from inception to delivery.
    3. Skills: Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall. Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Microsoft Projects.
    4. Leadership: Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    5. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
    6. Certification: PMP, Prince II, PMBOK, Agile, or Scrum Master certification is a plus.

    What We Offer

    We offer a competitive salary range of R 450,000 - R 620,000 per annum.
