Network support

Installation:
Installing and setting up fiber optic cables, equipment, and related network infrastructure at customer premises and network sites.

Network Troubleshooting:
Identifying and resolving issues connectivity, signal loss, or service disruptions.

On-Site Support:
Providing on-site support to customers and addressing their inquiries, concerns, or service requests.

Maintenance:
Performing routine maintenance activities to ensure the integrity and reliability.

Health and Safety Compliance:

Following safety protocols and guidelines during installations and maintenance to prevent accidents and ensure the safety of yourself and others.

Documentation:
Maintaining accurate records of installations, repairs, and maintenance tasks.

Collaboration:
Collaborating with other team members, engineers, and customer service representatives to ensure efficient operations and customer satisfaction.

Quality Assurance:
Ensuring that all installations and repairs meet company quality standards and specifications.

Customer Interaction:
Maintaining a professional and courteous demeanour while interacting with customers and addressing their concerns.

Training:
Staying updated with the latest technologies and undergoing training to enhance your technical skills and knowledge.

Your duties would primarily involve the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of fiber optic telecommunication systems, hardware, software & Networks.

A+ & N+ or Microsoft Certificates

National Diploma (Advantageous)

3+ years field Technician experience

Customer service background

Between - 5 Years
