Minimum requirements for the role:


  • Minimum matric is essential for this role.
  • At least 3 years working experience.
  • Previous experience working with financials will be an advantage.
  • Previous experience having worked as an Admin Assistant
  • Computer literacy with knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential.
  • Must have excellent organisational, interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills as well as good presentation skills.
  • Must have exceptional attention to detail.
  • Must have the ability to function effectively in a fastpaced, complex environment. Must be able to exercise thoughtful and independent judgement and discretion while maintaining direct and diplomatic approach.
  • Proven commitment in maintaining the highest ethical and professional standards.
  • Must be able to read and analyse financial reports.
  • Providing administrative support and assistance to the Network Director
  • Ensuring follow up of various responsibilities and expectations of the Network Director
  • Ensuring project support is timely, accurate and responsive to the needs of the team.
  • Preparing regular reports against project progress in agreed format and content.
  • Supporting the Network Director on the day to day activities and various other projects.
  • Writing of briefing notes and other written materials
  • Acting as the Network Director's administrative liaison.
  • Any other ADHOC requirements
Have own transport and a valid passport and be able to travel if required.


Experience:


  • Administrative office procedures, practices and equipment: 1 year (preferred)
