DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES
Requesting / Negotiating of freight rates from various shipping lines

Processing estimates to the clients

Liaising with customers, depot, cold stores, customs

Arranging of PPECB and State Vet inspections

Processing and submitting of Haz PD

Processing of CTO

Updating of the stack list for various customers

Sending booking confirmations to the clients

Processing of customs documents (SAD500, SAD554, etc)

Processing of Road Manifests

Processing of Shipping Orders

Setting up of solas with transporters/depots

Pre-advising on Navis/shipping line website

Processing of bills and SI's according to the clients' requirements

Able to work on Intra

Processing of cargo dues / Shipping orders

Processing of EUR1, Form A, Coo, SADC, BSC, ECTN, CNCA, EFTA, Phyto Certificates, etc

Processing of insurance certificates

Processing documents for Letter of credit shipments

Booking of customs examination/inspection if required

Courier of documents for L/C purposes and general courier

Monitoring road over-border loads

Tracking of shipment

Liaising with agents regarding deliveries, rates, etc

Invoicing

Reconciliation of creditors & agents invoices

Handling of Queries from clients and 3rd parties

Handling accounts queries
