    Description

    Job Title: Production Manager

    We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee the production and refurbishment of our products, ensuring they meet the highest quality standards while being manufactured and delivered on time.

    Duties & Responsibilities

    Key Qualifications:

    • Matric or equivalent qualification
    • N6 / BTech Industrial Engineering or National Diploma in Production Management
    • PMI Diploma

    Requirements:

    • A minimum of 5 years of managerial experience, with knowledge and experience in Lean Manufacturing
    • ISO 9001-2015 experience, including maintenance and implementation
    • Health and Safety experience
    • Some design experience using CAD software is required

    Job Duties:

    • Manage production resources effectively
    • Plan and manage materials and resources
    • Improve manufacturing processes to align with design standards
    • Review and apply best practices in production
    • Implement and maintain ISO 9001 systems according to guidelines
    • Develop and maintain Quality Control Plans
    • Manage Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) aspects
    • Review and optimize production layouts for improved efficiency
    • Produce production programmes that meet customer requirements
    • Monitor and manage raw material stock levels
    • Continuously review systems, processes, and resources to improve performance
    • Ensure effective cost management to align production costs with budgeted amounts
    • Provide regular feedback to the management team on progress, challenges, and solutions
    • Manage shopfloor disciplinary procedures

    Remuneration Package:

    The remuneration package includes a monthly salary of R 50,000.
