ABOUT THE ROLE


Peach Payments is in an incredible phase of growth and we are looking for a smart and ambitious People Coordinator to join our team.

Our People Operations Coordinator will support our People Partner on talent acquisition, onboarding, reporting, compliance and various other strategic people projects when required.

Key responsibilities for the role:

  • Support the talent acquisition team by coordinating the recruitment and hiring of potential and new team members
  • Lead coordination of our selection process e.g. loading roles, schedules interviews, extends job offers
  • Coordinate with our social media team to drive awareness of our vacancies
  • Execute on ad hoc requests that impact the overall People Strategy
  • Coordinate the onboarding of new joiners in collaboration with hiring managers
  • Support on reporting and compliancerelated initiatives (WSP/ ATR / EE Reporting)
  • Ensure the BambooHR data is uptodate and accurate

What we are looking for:


  • A bachelors degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology or similar is required
  • 2+ years experience as an HR Administrator is advantageous
  • Meticulous attention to detail,
  • Proven experience working in a fast paced environment where you are able to juggle multiple priorities and multitask effectively
  • You're absolutely adept at managing expectations and you understand the impact of this
  • You understand how ambiguous a process can sometimes get, but this does not throw you off.
  • You're able to maintain focus and can discern between Impact and Urgency
