- Content Creation/Development: Produce engaging and informative content and financial educational material that highlight the value and impact of earned wage access, both for employees and businesses.
- Research: Conduct indepth research on financial wellness, wage access, and related topics to ensure accuracy and relevance in your content. This includes countryspecific financial research that ensures our financial modules are aligned and relevant depending on the country our app users reside in.
- User Education: Create educational content that helps employees and employers understand the EWA process and its benefits.
- Education Module improvement: Ensure our existing education modules stay uptodate and relevant
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Writing Skills: Excellent written communication skills, with a keen eye for grammar, punctuation, and storytelling.
- Creativity: Ability to think creatively and generate content ideas that resonate with our target audience.
- Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to new writing styles and content formats.
- Team Player: Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fastpaced team environment.
- Financial Literacy: A good understanding of financial concepts and a passion for promoting financial wellness
- Min 2 years, max 4 years writing experience.
- Experience writing Financial content favorable but not required.
