    Role Overview:

    As a Ticket Administrator , youll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our ticketing processes. Youll be responsible for managing ticket sales, resolving customer queries, and providing exceptional support to event organizers and attendees.     Key Responsibilities:

    • Process ticket orders accurately and efficiently.
    • Monitor ticket inventory and availability.
    • Ensure all ticketing transactions comply with company policies and procedures.
    • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
    • Assist customers with ticket purchases, exchanges, and refunds.
    • Resolve any ticketing-related issues or discrepancies in a timely manner.
    • Collaborate with event organizers to set up and manage ticketing systems for various events.
    • Provide support and guidance to event organizers on ticketing best practices and strategies.

    Requirements

    • Previous experience in ticketing, customer service, or administrative roles preferred.

    Requirements
    Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field Minimum 2 – 3 year experience in ticketing for events/sports industry. Proven experience in a senior leadership role, with a focus on operations management and strategic planning. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire others. Demonstrated track record of driving operational excellence and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
