About The Role
PartnerHero is looking for a Security Infrastructure Manager to provide overall guidance for our DevOps and Security Operations functions.

You will take the lead in creating the organization's DevOps strategy, Security Operations Center (SOC), architecture standards, and cloud operating processes.

You will manage an interdisciplinary team responsible for streamlining automated infrastructure deployment, infrastructure as code, and enabling rapid software release cycles with mínimal manual intervention.

You'll Be...

• Actively collaborate with the DevOps team
• Actively collaborate with the InfoSec Team
• Actively collaborate with the IT operations team
• Evolving the DevOps practice to support selfservice provisioning
• Establishing and monitoring Infrastructure as Code best practices
• Implementing and overseeing a Security Operations Center
• Ensuring "security by design" in custom software products
• Collaborating with the Product and Engineering teams to support SaaS product release and operations
• Leading a dynamic global team of professional engineers and analysts
• Overseeing security and performance monitoring of cloud systems
• Monitoring and optimizing cloud infrastructure budget
• Ensuring system performance and SLA's are met
• Managing resource requirements to ensure appropriate balance between tactical and strategic demands
• Implementing continuous improvement programs
• Managing strategic relationships with key product and service providers
• Providing in depth technical expertise for both tactical and operational initiatives

What You Bring To The Table

• At least 5 years of professional experience including managing teams responsible for cloud architecture design and deployment, DevOps, and security operations.
• Experience in such areas as software engineering, cloud infrastructure, and security
• Experience deploying and managing cloud infrastructure such as GCP or AWS including containerization and high availability architectures
• Strong communication, management and people development skills
• Solid understanding of DevOps practices
• Knowledge in SIEM technologies
• Knowledge of device configurations in a secure environment
• The ability to provide guidance to best practices in Security implementation
• Knowledge of Red / blue team practices
• Ability to think logically and demonstrate strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Skill in conceptualizing creative solutions as well as documenting them and presenting them to senior management
• Strong knowledge and understanding of business needs with ability to establish and maintain a high level of customer trust and confidence
• Ability to develop and deliver projects using leading edge technologies
