    Customer Support Specialist Role Summary: Providing exceptional customer service by assisting clients, resolving issues, and ensuring smooth communication regarding shipment and delivery processes, requiring attention to detail, logistics knowledge, and problem-solving skills.


    Key Responsibilities:
    • Communicate with Outside Sales Executive to meet customer requirements and resolve issues.
    • Qualify business potential and seek approval from management as needed.
    • Complete customer quotation requests and CCPs for import bookings.
    • Coordinate destination FOB bookings, including follow-up and document procurement.
    • Resolve customer questions, problems, or complaints to ensure satisfaction.
    • Manage tariff maintenance and distribute marketing updates to local customers.
    • Provide sales and customer support and update tariff spreadsheets.
    • Circulate tariff and perform quotes on rate requests.
    • Do statistics on total exports and imports and send updates on trades to customers.
    • Assist in managing Client Trade.
