Inherent requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in one of the following fields / disciplines:
  • Human Resources Management / Development
  • Industrial / Organisational Psychology
  • Business Administration
  • Attention to detail
  • Teamwork

Preferred requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Computer literate (MS Office)

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and compile the annual Workplace Skills Plan and Annual Training Report in line with relevant SETA and B-BBEE Strategic requirements
  • Set up meetings with potential clients to address their concerns and requirements and advise on the best training solution for their needs specifically focusing on discretionary funding opportunities
  • Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance on the best training solution for their needs
  • Coordinate and support all processes, arrangements, and requirements for (not limited to): Learnerships, Apprenticeships, Skills Programme, and all other related new schemes
  • Ensure that all reports including but not limited to cost reports, are accurately compiled and submitted to the respective stakeholders within the set deadlines and target dates
  • Coordinate and compile funding reports on a weekly basis
  • Provide accurate and meticulous recording and submission of Discretionary Grants
  • Coordinate any related surveys, communication, updates and regulatory audits in view of grants
  • Ensure that all compilation and submission of Skills Development / Management Control, B-BBEE related reports enquiries and surveys are accurately completed and submitted on time to relevant stakeholders
